Samuel Patrick arrived ten minutes before his actual due date, on June 10th at 11:50pm.  His mom notes that he’s just like her – he believes that early is on time, and on time is late.  He weighed in at 6 pounds 12 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.  Samuel has just the right amount of soft brown hair, and beautiful dark blue eyes.  We had a fun time making his photographs, although Samuel was much more interested in checking out the on-goings than in snoozing!  Snuggling with Mama was a highlight of the day – they look so cute together!  He’s going to be one darling, curious boy!

10 Days New

Abigale Marie arrived on Saturday, February 25, 2012.  Measuring 19 inches long, weighing 7 pounds and 3 ounces, she landed here at 7:4? am.  Her hair is presently dark brown, and she’s got dark blue eyes, and the tiniest eyelashes that you’ve ever seen.  And even though it’s not yet possible, she has a fantastic smile, just like her mommy!  She is one darling bundle of C-U-T-E, and once you see her, you’ll be in love!

First Day Home

Susan’s friends and family gathered in Rocklin, California to help her prepare for Abigale Marie’s entrance.  Lori’s decorations were darling – tiny birds and a garden theme.  There was a full tea service created by Connie and Jesse which was charming and delicious – even tiny tags that were custom made for the occasion!  Everyone contributed to a scrapbook for Susan about good advice for new moms.  With such thoughtful people in attendance, there is no doubt that Abi is going to have the best Aunties around to love and care for her!  Plenty of tiny things to oooh and aaah over – and best of all – a tiny new baby on the way!
